Maria is a highly experienced Physician Assistant who has been practicing since 2007. She began her career in Emergency Medicine and Family Practice/Urgent Care, where she honed her clinical expertise in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. In 2013, she transitioned to Gastroenterology, where she has since dedicated herself to providing exceptional patient care and advancing her knowledge in this specialized field.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Maria is deeply committed to her family and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children. She is also fluent in Spanish, a reflection of her rich heritage from Spain and Honduras.
