Dr. Dhingra serves as the Director of Bariatric Endoscopy of 4ward Wellness (part of Albany Gastroenterology Consultants), the Capital Region’s first endobariatric weight loss center. He successfully performed the first endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG) procedure in the capital region and all of upstate NY. He is an active member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the Association for Bariatric Endoscopy.
Fun Facts
Dr. Dhingra has completed additional training in endobariatrics, a new and promising area of gastroenterology focused on endoscopic procedures that assist in weight loss including endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG), gastric bypass revisions or transoral outlet reduction (TORe), gastric sleeve revisions, and intragastric balloon (IGB) placement.When he is not working, Dr. Dhingra enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, running, being outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
