Varda leads Allied Digestive Health’s mergers & acquisitions (M & A) and business development efforts in New Jersey as well as ADH’s expansion into the New York market. She works closely with existing care centers and physician partners in both states to implement organic growth strategies and create succession plans that expand ADH’s partners’ practices.
She has worked in the GI space for over a decade. As Vice President of Strategic Development at Frontier Healthcare and Physicians Endoscopy, Varda played a pivotal role in identifying and negotiating M & A opportunities for both ambulatory surgery centers and gastroenterology practices in the tri-state area.
Varda has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College of the City University of NY and has a background in industrial marketing, advertising and public relations. In her free time, she practices yoga, loves to cook, and travel with her husband and children.
