Beverly Coleman

Beverly joined Allied Digestive Health in May 2021 as the Vice President of Human Resources and now serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the department initiatives for new talent, recruiting, compensation, and benefits. With more than 20 years of experience leading Human Resources, Business Operations, and Sales and Logistics functions in a variety of segments including Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Marine Transportation, and Manufacturing, Beverly brings with her extensive experience in a variety of areas.

Prior to joining Allied Digestive Health, Beverly held the position of Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where she led all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Health for the organization. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director of Human Resources, CHRO of Trinity Health New England, providing leadership in the areas of Human Resources, Process Improvement and Operations. In addition, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Community Health Center, Inc., one of Connecticut’s largest Federally Qualified Health Centers; Vice President of Administration at Hartford Healthcare in Connecticut, and Director of Human Resources at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. She has also held various leadership roles at Sara Lee and American Commercial Lines.

Beverly holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. In addition, she has achieved her lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is a certified mediator.
