Michael Jablon

Michael Jablon serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Allied Digestive Health, responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, and revenue cycle management as well as analyzing organic/inorganic growth opportunities and operational initiatives. Michael spent nearly his entire 20+ year career in healthcare finance, including roles in operations, private equity, and investment banking. Immediately prior to joining ADH, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer of Health Plus Management, a private equity-backed physician services organization serving musculoskeletal practices.

Prior to his time at Health Plus Management, Michael was a Principal at Varsity Healthcare Partners. In that role, he was involved in new deal sourcing, evaluation and execution, and portfolio company management, and he helped grow numerous healthcare provider platforms. Most notably, he led investments in and served on the Board of Directors for Forefront Dermatology, EyeCare Services Partners, Surgical Affiliates Management, and Probo Medical. Previously, he held the position of Vice President with MTS Health Partners, a merchant bank providing strategic advice and private equity capital to healthcare services companies.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
